Some good things happened today. Others, not so good.
Got to look through a first folio of Shakespeare, it was absolutely beautiful. Someone [Shakespeare’s friend, apparently] had written notes in it, about the plays he’d seen and which actors he liked - it was incredible. Going back to visit it tomorrow…
Also looked at a huge book previously owned by Louis XIV. Took me a while to get over the awe and actually dare to touch the thing, it was enormous and had Louis’ crest on the cover.
Glasgow uni is actually the best.
